A Final Note

We encourage you to talk about this different format so that each athlete and parent—
whether Level 4 or Elite—understands that they have an equal stake in the outcome and that this meet is different in focus from any previous meet they have competed in. Please encourage the athletes and parents to support not only their specific team, but the club
effort, by attending subsequent sessions as spectators. (Admission will only be charged for one session).

We need your help in communicating to your athletes the team-oriented nature of the meet. Whether they compete as specialists in one or two events only, or as all-arounders, we hope you will encourage each of them to see their contribution as important to the effort of their entire team and club. We want to thank you in advance for supporting us in this endeavor and wish you the very best as you and your athletes experience this new competitive format.
